iCue Academy Isle of Man Football Session

The ‘Academy’ sessions are for children identified by The iCue Academy as having strong technical and psychological qualities, placing them in competitive and challenging situations to stretch them further.

These Academy sessions are difficult, where the children will fail lots and have to have a resilient mindset in order to cope.  They also require a positive attitude towards learning and having an open mind to new ideas and unfamiliar situations.

This includes playing fixtures against older age groups on the Island and visiting professional clubs to play unfamiliar and high quality football teams.  There are obviously terrific social learning elements to these trips too.

With your membership to The Academy program your son will receive two after school sessions each week, participating with older and younger children.  They will also play two fixtures each term (which may be on different evenings to your usual sessions) and be invited to three trips each season.  During the Summer we will run 3-5 hour sessions.

Each boy will have a Player Development Plan, which it is their responsibility to complete and share their ongoing learning with their coaches, allowing them to work on the areas of their game that they deem to be important.

Our Academy sessions cost £25 to register and £25 per month to attend.
